These Terms govern your use of AntiqueSnap, provided by Hangzhou Climbfyre Technology Co., Ltd. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Informational service
AntiqueSnap uses AI to provide possible identifications, historical context, condition guidance, comparable examples, and estimated market ranges. Results may be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional appraisals, authenticity guarantees, insurance valuations, conservation advice, tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of photographs you submit. You grant us a limited permission to process and store them only as needed to operate the requested feature and preserve your scan history. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are offered as monthly and annual auto-renewable plans. Any displayed trial is available only to eligible users. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before expiration. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restoring purchases is available in AntiqueSnap Settings.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful material, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to overload the service.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is." You remain responsible for purchase, sale, insurance, restoration, tax, and authenticity decisions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as permitted by applicable law.
