Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Hangzhou Climbfyre Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") processes information when you use AntiqueSnap.
Information we process
- Photos you choose or capture. A compressed copy is uploaded only when you request identification or a condition review.
- Anonymous installation credentials. A randomly generated installation identifier and secret separate one installation's stored photos from another. AntiqueSnap does not require your name, email address, or a cloud account.
- Purchase history. Apple processes payment details. RevenueCat receives subscription transaction and entitlement information for receipt validation, app functionality, and subscription analytics.
- Local collection data. Saved reports remain on your device unless you delete, share, or export them.
How information is used
Photos and prompts are used to return the identification or condition result you requested. Purchase history is used to unlock Premium features, prevent purchase fraud, restore purchases, and understand subscription performance. We do not sell personal information or use submitted photos for advertising.
Service providers
We use Amazon Web Services, including encrypted Amazon S3 storage and Amazon Bedrock model processing, to operate identification features. We use RevenueCat to validate subscription receipts and maintain entitlement status. Apple processes App Store purchases. These providers process data under their own contractual and security obligations.
Retention and security
Submitted photos are encrypted in transit and at rest and retained until you use Delete Account or request deletion. Operational logs exclude photo contents and model credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we apply access controls and data minimization appropriate to the service.
Your choices
You can deny or revoke camera and photo-library access in iOS Settings, clear cache in AntiqueSnap, manage subscriptions through Apple, and permanently delete retained photos and local reports through Settings → Delete Account.
Children
AntiqueSnap is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
